1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases: The product received is damaged or defective, the wrong product was delivered, the product quality does not meet our stated standards. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been partially consumed.

2. Return Timeframe

Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy): Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Non-perishable items (rice, lentils, spices, dry goods): Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns reported after these timeframes will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return: Products must be in their original packaging, the original bill/invoice must be presented, products must not have been tampered with or partially used, clear photos of the damaged/defective product must be provided.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return: Contact us within the eligible timeframe via WhatsApp at +977-9848859853 or email at anupamprakritinepal@gmail.com. Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via eSewa or bank transfer within 3-5 business days. For eSewa/Khalti payments, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via phone/email once the refund is processed.

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will send the replacement product upon receiving the returned item. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Products that have been opened and partially consumed, products returned without original packaging, products reported after the eligible return timeframe, products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
