2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa, and Khalti. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Nepal. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Free delivery is available for the first 5 orders. Subsequent orders are subject to delivery charges based on your district. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.

5. Product Quality

All our products are 100% organic and chemical-free, sourced directly from Himalayan farmers. While we maintain strict quality standards, natural variations in color, size, and appearance may occur as these are natural products. This does not constitute a defect.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of Anupam Prakriti Agro Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anupam Prakriti Agro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
